Below is how your DORVEA order travels to you and how you can pay. Straightforward shipping, secure checkout.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across the United Kingdom and to most of Europe. Orders leave our partner warehouses in Asia and are carried by trusted logistics partners, including the Cainiao network, through to your local delivery service.

2. Times and Charges

Estimated delivery windows and costs are shown below. Times are in working days from dispatch.

3. Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within one to two working days. Around busy periods such as bank holiday weekends this may take slightly longer.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, you receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel to the door. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will investigate.

5. Customs

No additional charges apply for most destinations. For Switzerland, local customs or import duties may be levied by the destination country and are payable by the recipient; we cannot control or predict these.

6. Payment Methods

We accept major debit and credit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering and a confirmation email follows.

7. Payment Security
