Thanks for shopping with DORVEA. These terms describe how our website works and what you can expect when you buy from us. Placing an order or simply browsing dorvea.com means you agree to them, so it is worth a quick read before you check out.

1. Scope

These terms cover everyone who uses or buys from DORVEA. They explain how the site may be used, how a contract with us comes about, and the obligations that sit with each of us. If a point is unclear, write to us before ordering and we will gladly clarify it.

2. Orders and Contract

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the items in your basket. We acknowledge it by email, yet the contract itself is only concluded when we dispatch your goods. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if stock has run out or a price was displayed incorrectly — and in that event any sum already paid is returned to you in full.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We keep our pricing as accurate as we can, but if a clear error appears we will contact you before processing so you can decide whether to proceed or cancel. Payment is charged when the order is placed, via our secure payment providers.

4. Shipping

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and to most of Europe. Estimated times and charges are listed on our Shipping & Payment page. We aim to meet these estimates, but they are not guarantees, as final delivery is carried out by independent carriers.

5. Cancellation Right

Consumers may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our Withdrawal & Cancellation page explains the process. Some items — such as sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene reasons — may be excluded from this right.

6. Returns and Refunds

If a product does not meet your expectations, our Refund Policy sets out how to return it and how refunds are processed. Please return items in a condition that allows resale wherever you can.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use dorvea.com lawfully and not in any manner that could damage the site, interfere with other users, or breach the rights of third parties. We may restrict or withdraw access to the site where there is a reasonable need to do so.

8. Intellectual Property

The text, images, layout and graphics on this website belong to DORVEA or are used under licence. You may view and enjoy them, but commercial copying or reuse requires our written permission.

9. Liability

We take our products and service seriously and do not seek to exclude any liability that the law prevents us from excluding. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully intact and sit alongside these terms.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside.
